What is Women's Kickboxing?

Women's Kickboxing is a devastatingly effective system that will rapidly getting into great shape.

Forget boring jogs, treadmills and the rest of it.

It consists of a blend of Muay Thai kickboxing, Israeli Army’s Krav Maga, Pilate’s, Boot Camp and Zen. It will give you the ultimate overall body workout whilst learning the most effective self-defense system around. We will help you develop a strong body and a strong mind. We will reach your goals and enjoy doing it.

ACCEPT NO SUBSTITUTE! This is a highly streamlined class where you are taught real, devastating combat techniques while hitting real targets (Pads/Mitts, NOT your partner) and having a great time doing it. There is no punching in the air or against imaginary opponents, there is no fluff or fantasy techniques.

Q. Do I have to be fit?

A.No, all fitness levels are catered for and the classes are individualized.

Q. I am a professional, will I get injured?

We take every precaution to ensure that you do not, the coaches are government accredited and have 35 years+ of martial arts experience; Kombat is SAFE, FUN and EFFECTIVE.

Q. How long are classes?

The classes run for approx. 1 hour including warm-up, pad work, drills, cardio, Pilates, stretching and meditation to finish off with.

Q. Can I come on my own?

YES, a lot of the class is done with partners and you will be matched with someone of a similar level.

Q. Will I have fun?

Guaranteed, This is all about getting fit, learning effective self defense FAST..whilst enjoying yourself!

Gym gear, shorts/tracksuit pants, tshirt/jumper
